On September 27, 2024, METiS Technologies, as a co-first author, collaborated with the National Center for Nanoscience and the Institute of High Energy Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, among other institutions, to publish a significant research article in the prestigious journal Nature Communications. The study, titled “Selective Regulation of Macrophage Lipid Metabolism via Nanomaterials’ Surface Chemistry”, reveals how nanomaterials—particularly graphene oxide (GO)—can selectively regulate macrophage lipid metabolism through their surface chemical properties, shedding new light on nanomaterial-based modulation of immune cell functions.
